I started playing the beta today using Chrome (found the link to it via an article on PC Gamer)
I encountered an error message while performing an action and some text directing me to report said error popped up, but I am unsure where I should submit such a report so… I’m assuming this forum is where such reports should be submitted.
Actions:
I put down the bone I was wielding on the ground.
I accidentally right-clicked on a grindstone, and it ended up on the ground as well.
I went ahead and double-clicked the next grindstone in my inventory.
Error message.
I hope this helps, I haven’t actually looked through all of the other forum posts to see if it’s already been reported, and I’m also unsure whether this is the sort of thing y’all are looking for to fix.
While I’m at it… I spent a good deal of time unaware that digging or similar actions target the square in front of you, rather than the square you are standing on. Maybe that could be specified somewhere in the tutorial?

Actions:
Create account, log in, post on forum.
Go back to game tab, pick up bone and grindstone, place bone on ground, double click grindstone in inventory.
Error message occurs.
Pick up bone.
Place shovel on ground.
Attempt to repair shovel.
Error message.
Refresh Browser.
Pick up shovel .
Place shovel on ground.
Repair shovel successfully.
Breathe sigh of relief, place bone on ground, double click on grindstone.
Error message.

January 30, 2013 at 2:53 am #795errorMemberAlso having issues with grindstone repairing items. I am playing on OpenBSD 5.2-current using Firefox 18. When I used a grindstone on a spear it worked, though when used on a tattered map it said error please report this. The tile I was standing on or the item was on didn’t seem to matter.

Is there a topic/thread that we can can use to report bugs?
January 30, 2013 at 7:23 am #803Brash_EndeavorsModeratorCheck Official BUG LIST in Wiki first, see if its been reported already
You can probably just consider this thread to be a semi-official bug report thread ^_^ that way they all stay contained in one place and Drath knows where to find them, plus players can see which ones were already reported (but not yet added to wiki).
January 30, 2013 at 8:03 am #805Vaughn “Drathy” RoykoKeymasterYa, it’s just hard because there’s a bug list in the Wiki. People email me, people PM me on Reddit, people start a new topic on Reddit, they are all over the place. Maybe I should start an official one, but I doubt that will stop them coming in from everywhere haha.
February 2, 2013 at 3:11 am #946errorMemberI was clicking really fast on a treasure map to finish off the durability for skill increases. When the durability reached 0 it was destroyed and was removed from the inventory. Right after that it said an error has occurred…. I couldn’t replicate this problem with sharp objects.
February 2, 2013 at 7:35 pm #961errorMemberAfter playing Wayward on and off for a few days without closing the browser I went to the tab it was in to play today. All the tooltips of objects in the inventory and crafting windows were showing behind the window instead of on top. This makes the tooltips unreadable. The paper doll window was the only window I had not moved and it still worked fine. Once I moved the paper doll window its tooltips also started loading behind the window. Resetting the dialog positions button did not help.
February 5, 2013 at 2:27 pm #1035TibsMemberNot sure where to report bugs, and I don’t want to start yet another thread.
Attempting to repair a golden sword returns an error.
