The items listing on the Wiki is pretty comprehensive:
http://www.unlok.ca/wiki/wayward/items/Vaughn “Drathy” RoykoKeymasterEeek! No good.
The save data for the offline version should be in a folder called “save” in the folder you run Wayward in. If you .zip and send me that folder, I should be able to help you fix it.
Online one will be a bit harder, but I can help you with that one too failing the offline fix.
Vaughn “Drathy” RoykoKeymasterI was just about to reply with that, hah! The GUI isn’t quite 100% yet, expect it to improve and get better over time. That being said, everything eventually will be easy to modify to your own personal liking.
Vaughn “Drathy” RoykoKeymasterThanks for playing and your support!
Vaughn “Drathy” RoykoKeymasterI’ll keep going no matter what! Except if I die that is.
Vaughn “Drathy” RoykoKeymasterYa, I think I will probably add in de-spawning of monsters. Basically, if you don’t interact with them at all, over time, they will disappear entirely. Your comments and bug reports are well appreciated, thanks!
Vaughn “Drathy” RoykoKeymasterThe smiley face was meant to signify a “joke” 🙂
As for the source code, it’s not exactly ready yet for modding with APIs and all that. We hope to have this in before the actual launch though. Right now, it’s kind of hard to work with as you’ve noticed. If you are really interested in helping out in this regard, let me know.
Vaughn “Drathy” RoykoKeymasterYou’re working me too hard here! 🙂
Vaughn “Drathy” RoykoKeymasterGood point, I will definitely be tweaking the container/bag system a bit to make it more useful and less limiting.
Vaughn “Drathy” RoykoKeymasterGood points, I will try to resolve the usability issues as well as reduce the limitations of the new systems.
Vaughn “Drathy” RoykoKeymasterI’m glad to report all of your issues are currently on the (ever growing) to-do list. A bit about the uniform comment:
The depth and complexity of all the different object interactions is unfortunately just “how it is”. If you have any suggestions on how to structure this, let me know! Keep in mind, we are limited by left and right click here.
Vaughn “Drathy” RoykoKeymasterSome good ideas and points in here, will be sure to add them in!
Vaughn “Drathy” RoykoKeymaster@Atchet – I always reply the email PayPal gives me. You can send another from a different email if you didn’t get it.
I’ll address some of your questions, as most of your suggestions are part of “not finished stuff” or will be coming in the future:
- You can open Backpacks and Small Bags to place items in to reduce decay and weight.
- When decay reaches 0, it decays – just like durability.
- You can fill caves with dirt/sand/gravel, etc.
- You can technically mine with any tool. The bonuses come from it’s attack value and it’s durability might be a good factor in deciding which tool to use.
Vaughn “Drathy” RoykoKeymasterInteresting note about the monsters… will definitely look at that! (and the other stuff of course).
Vaughn “Drathy” RoykoKeymasterOpps, forgot that one, thanks for spotting 🙂
