KeymasterGo for it! If you can improve upon it, I’m sure the Russian fans out there would pick yours! I’m happy to give everybody a chance. Sadly I can’t speak towards the quality of them π

KeymasterJust a note, somebody has since released a full Russian translation. It’s now available on the mods page:

KeymasterCool! I have updated the mod on the mods page. I also realized this version was missing some of the old functionality that JamesIII had in there (like monster spawning), so I added/updated that stuff as well.

KeymasterThat happens because you need to build up land on either side (at least 2 adjacent tiles) before building over water.
It should work with no problem with Cyrillic symbols. Perhaps send me the file and I can see what the issue is.

KeymasterSure, just post it back here, or send it to me via email. I will make sure it’s available on the mods page and announce it’s release.
Auto Pickup will automatically pick-up items on the ground. Auto Gathering will automatically attempt to gather from resources while moving into them (trees, rocks).

KeymasterHey there,
I know there’s a few people working on Russian at the moment, but other than that, I am not sure.
Anybody is able to make a translation file by editing this: http://unlok.ca/wayward/language/english.js – Simply load the file as a mod to load your changes.

KeymasterI’ve only checked out episode 1 so far, I’ll make sure to watch the others as well.

KeymasterUsing the actions menu then “Inspect” is currently the only way to do this; however, you have to be facing the object you wish to inspect currently. There’s plans to make this a bit better.

KeymasterHello James, you seem to be linking to an image with your latest download instead of the save.

KeymasterHello Hannibal,
We currently have something in the works for 1.9.1 to possibly replace the wiki in most aspects, but you can let me know if that’s a fair assessment. Here’s the development version of the documentation:
http://www.unlok.ca/dev/documentation.htmlThe issue with any wiki for a beta, continuous developing game is it becomes out of date easily. This was my response to help that.
Let me know of any features you would like to see. I think the wiki could still see some use, in terms of guides, strategies and more general knowledge added to each page.

KeymasterWow, that’s pretty crazy, will definitely fix it up for 1.9.1!

KeymasterHere’s a couple pages that may help you locate it:
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/7079075/where-does-firefox-store-javascript-html-localstoragehttp://superuser.com/questions/320141/firefox-local-storage-and-cache-questions
Maybe it uses the same general locations as Firefox. about:cache should give you a better hint though.

KeymasterI haven’t been able to reproduce this one:
“Some items donβt decrease in durability in the quick slots (stone knife, hand drill, etc.) while others work just fine.”
